COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS CORPORATION, by its, attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & IMBLUM, P.C., brings
this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND FIFlY CENTS ($500.50) , along
with interest thereon from September 18, 1999, upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement:
1. The Plaintiff, ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS CORPORATION, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth ofPeunsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at Two East Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Peunsylvania 17055.
2. The Defendant, SCHMIDTIDA VIS CORPORATION, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at 2505 Orchard Lane, Middletown, Dauphin Connty,
Peunsylvania 17057.
3. On August 16, 1999, Defendant did contact Plaintiff with a request to provide labor and services at its job site located
at 405 Hoffer Road, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, as per Plaintiff's Job Work Order attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof. The contract between the parties was formed in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by virtue of Defendant contacting Plaintiff's
home office and acceptance by Plaintiff in its offices of Defendant's order for services,
4. Plaintiff did perform said labor and services on August 18, 1999, and said labor and services were received by Defendant,
as set forth more fully on Plaintiff's Invoice, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "B" and made a part
hereof.

5. The prices charged for said labor performed and services provided were just and reasonable, were the legal and market
prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant orally promised and agreed to pay Plaintiff therefor.
6, The balance due and owing to Plaintiff by Defendant on account is the sum ofFOUR HUNDRED SIXTY ($460.00)
DOLLARS, as set forth on Plaintiffs Statement, a true and copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "e" and made a part hereof
7 . Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, Plaintiff was forced to seek remedy
in the lower Court, thereby incurring costs in the amount of FORTY DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($40.50), for which Defendant is
further liable.
8. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS
($500.60).
9. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant
has refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suitto recover from Defendant the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS
($500.50), together with interest thereon from September 18, 1999.
