Camp Hill. PA 17011. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Mark Sheely Builder. Inc. of 136 Round Ridge Road. Mechanicsburg. P A 17055, for the erection of a one story ranch upon a lot of land situate and known as ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and numbered as 603 Gale Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. See attached legal description. NOW, May 3, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Thu- Thuy T. Nguyen to the said MarK Sheely Builder. Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for theilame in consideration of the making of the said contract with Thu-Thuv T. NlZUven and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Mark Sheely Builder. Inc. paid by Thu- Thuv T.
