is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Mark Sheely Builder.
Inc. of 136 Round Ridge Road. Mechanicsburg. P A 17055, for the erection of a one story
ranch upon a lot of land situate and known as
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and numbered as 603 Gale Road, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
See attached legal description.
NOW, May 3, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Thu- Thuy T.
Nguyen to the said MarK Sheely Builder. Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for theilame in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Thu-Thuv T. NlZUven and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Mark Sheely
Builder. Inc. paid by Thu- Thuv T. Nguyen it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Gale Road, which point is at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 228 and 229 on Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned;
thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East, and along the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 228 and 229 on Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned, a distance of194.10 feet to
a point at the northwest comer of Lot No. 189 and the southwest comer of Lot No. 226
on Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned; thence South 28 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds
west and along the northern line of Lot No. 188 on Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned, a
distance of 91. 73 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 01 minute West, and along the
northern line of Lot No. 187 on Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned, a distance of 108.79
feet to a point on the eastern line of Gale Road; thence North 49 degrees 59 minutes
West, along the eastern line of Gale Road, a distance of20.16 feet to a point; thence
continuing along the eastern line of Gale Road on a curve to the right, whose radius is
160 feet, an arc distance of 99.84 feet to a point, the point and Place ofBEGINNlNG.
BElNG Lot No. 229 on Plan of Lots known as Part of Coun1Jy Club Park, which
Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Plan Book 22, Page 196.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to' the following restrictions which shall be construed as
covenants running with the land: The property herein described shall not be used, at any
time, for a beauty parlor or barbershop. No trailers or mobile homes are to be permitted
on the premises at any time.
