On 7/25/94 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to PROVIDENT MORTGAGE CORP, T/A CONSOLIDATED MORTGAGE CORPORATION which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder to CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1225, Page 294. By Assignment of Mortgage dated 7/25/94 the mortgage was assigned to PROVIDENT BANK OF MARYLAND which Assignment is recorded in Assignment of Mortgage Book No. 478, Page 820.PLAINTIFF is now the legal owner of the mortgage and is in the process of formalizing an assignment of same. 4.
