Management Unlimited, Inc. with a principal place of business at 3809 Kenton
Lane Harrisburg, PA 17110, Richard A. Anderson files this Mechanic's Lien
Claim as contractor,
2. The owners of the properties subject to the Lien's are The Department of
Housing and Urban Development (IillD) with a principle place of business at
Five Points Plaza, 40 Marietta Street, 9th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia, 30303.
3. The last date on which Anderson performed work on the properties for
which this claim is made was September 22, 1999,
4. This Mechanic's Lien Claim arises from a contract between Anderson and
the Defendants, wherein Anderson agreed to perform debris removal, health

hazard removal, major and minor repairs, lock changes, winterizations lawn
maintenance, boarding, scraping paint, bimonthly inspections and various other
services on vacant properties owned by HUD in Cumberland County (See
attached list of properties on which services were performed).
5. The anlOunt claimed to be due is $4,170,50.
6. The improvements and the properties claimed to be subject to this Lien are
properties that are owned by HUD listed on the following pages in Cumberland
