STIPUlATIOlif AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Horres Building Corrpany, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Horres
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide materials and perform labor necessary
for the const:ruction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, Lot #610, The Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase VII,
Harrpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material
nan, nor any other person furrrishing labor or materials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, COl1lIDnly called a mechanic's lien, for
work done or materials furrrished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Corrrronwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WI'INESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
