STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Horres Building Corrpany, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster COlillty, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necessary
for the const:ruction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, lDt #540, The Highlands of Hanpden Square, Phase VII,
Hanpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and bet\Ne.en the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the =nsideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-=ntractor or rraterial
nan, nor any other person funrishing labor or rraterials to the said =ntractor
under this =tract shall file a lien, cormonly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials funrished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rraOO and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in ac=rdance with the requirellEl1ts of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Ccmmnwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WI'INESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
