STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Hones Building Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necessary
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, Lot #537, The Highlands of Harrpden Square, Phase VII,
Harrp:len Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-=ntractor or rraterial
man, nor any other person fw::nishing labor or rraterials to the said contractor
under this =ntract shall file a lien, carrronly called a mechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials fw::nished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien law
of 1963 of the Cormonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREDF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
