STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Horres Building Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perfonn labor necessary
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
l=ated Falkstone Drive, Lot #536, The Highlands of Harrpden Square, Phase VII,
Harrpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
nan, nor any other person furnishing labor or rraterials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, comronly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Comronwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WI'1NESS WHEREDF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
