STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Homes Building Carpany, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide naterials and perform labor necessary
for the const:ruction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located wansford Road, Lot 500, The Highlands of Hanpden Square, Phase VI,
Hanpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or naterial
rran, nor any other person fUITIishing labor or naterials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, COITIlDI1ly called a mechanic's lien, for
work done or naterials fUITIished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is nade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the ComTDnwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
