On or about, July 27, 1999, the said Defendants, executed and delivered a Mortgage Note in the sum of $58,400.00 payable to OLD KENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Note is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4. Contemporaneously with and at the time of the execution of the aforesaid Mortgage Note, in order to secure payment of the same, Defendants made, executed, and delivered to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., a certain real estate Mortgage which is recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office of the within County and Commonwealth in Mortgage Book 1563, Page 39 conveying to original Mortgagee the subject premises. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is acting solely as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., its Successors and Assigns. The Said Mortgage is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "B". 5. The land subject to the Mortgage is: 139 NORTH BEDFORD STREET, CARLISLE, PENNSYLVANIA 17013 and is more particularly described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto. 6.
