Sanchez, was born on November 17, 1961, and currently resides at 119 Bosler Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043. 2. Petitioner is not married and has no children. 3. Petitioner is employed at Liberty Check Printers. 4. Petitioner has no outstanding judgments or legal actions pending against her. 5. Petitioner has no prior criminal record. 6.
