known as 4 Courtland Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, and more particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book F-28, Page 776. ~ ~.

1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. ~7101.~~.
