The name(s) and address (es) of the Defendant(s) is/are DANIEL J. FREEDMAN, PO Box 301, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, who is/are the mortgagor(s), and JANICE FREEDMAN NELL, A/K/A JANICE L. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due November 1, 1999, and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 6.
