The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against Arthur
E, Weaver and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Weaver's Trailer Park, 650 North College
Street and having thereon placed certain mobile homes and other improvements, (See property
description attached)

Prior notice in accordance with law was served personally on the owner at the above address by
hand delivery on February 23, March 15 & March 30,2000, The said removal services were
provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with
Article XII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No, 581, Sections
1202(5) & 1202(24), as amended, 53 P,S. Sections 46202(5) & 46202(24), as amended, Chapters
120 & 183 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle,
