or parcels of land situated in Southampton Township; Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

NOW, THEImFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth,
that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or materialman, nor
any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, c01llDlonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or
materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
within ten(10) days after date. in accordance with the requirements of Act of
Assembly o~ Pennsylvania. in such case provided.

BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southerly side of Courtney Drive at comer of Lot B 17 on the hereinafter referred to
plan of lots; thence by said Lot B17, South 10 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East 115 feet to an iron pin on line of Lot
A4 on said p]an of lots; thence by said Lot A4 and by Lot A3. South 79 degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds West 85 feet to an
