Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P,C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are H. Wayne Sheaffer
and Patricia Ann Sheaffer with an address at the following:
311 Bellaire Park Road, Tract 2
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,325,00,

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

TRACT NO.1: BEGINNING at a stske on the Western side of a private
lane leadkng to the tract herein described; thence by land now or
formerly of Richard R. Raseeta, South 25 3/4 degrees East 150 feet
to a stal~; thence by Tract No.2 herein described, South 64~ degrees
West 258 feet to a point at the edge of the Conodoguinet Creek;
thence along the edge of ssid Creek. North 30~ degrees W~st 150
feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Richard R. Raseeta,
North 64~ degrees East 270 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTA!NING .9 acre, more or less, and being improved with a
frame cabin.
TOGETHER with the right in the Grantees, their heirs and assign.,
to the unrestricted use for ingress, egress and regress of a certain
driveway or road leading from Longs Gap Road (L.R. 21072) to the

tract.
BEING the same property which was conveyed to Guy O. Sturn and
Harriet L. Sturn, his wife. by Richard R. Kaseeta and Helen M. KaBeeta,
