Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P,C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Donald J, Shotto and
Robin E, Shotto with an address at the following:
25 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S, FlOl et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $4,480.00,

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Grantors,
AND DONALD J. SHOTTO and ROBIN E. SHOTTO, his wife, of 25 Channel
Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, hereinafter called Grantees:
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of Nlnety-Six Thousand F'ive
Hundred and no/100 ($96,500,00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the grantees, their heirs
and assigns, as tenants by the entireties,
ALL that certain tract of land with improvements thereon situate in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described

maple tree with blazed mark on the south side along Creek Drive; thence along the
lalter, South 22 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 61.24 feet to an

13 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance of 86.51 feet to an Iron pin set at land now or
formerly of William J. Byers, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 12,525.55 square feet and being Improved with a 1 1/2 story
dwelling and detached garage known as 25 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013.
BEING the same property which PHILIP J. BELLANCA, single man, granted
and conveyed to EUGENE A. BAilEY, 1\ and lEDA M. GINTHER (now by marriage,
lEDA M. BAilEY, his wife), grantors herein, by deed dated February 25, 1987, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Deed Book MM", Volume 32, Page 1100,
