COPENHAVER, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P,C" hereby files its claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM I The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Ronald E. Copenhaver and Kathleen J. Copenhaver with an address at the following: 67 & 69 Channel Drive Carlisle, P A 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". .. ., c. H " 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P,S, ~7101 et seq, 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $2,450.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing are also claimed. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine, his wife, granted and conveyed to J. W, Ray GilIaugh and Helen E. GilIaugh, his wife, by deed dated September 7, 1950 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book "N", Volume 14, Page 22. TRACT NO.2: THE property known as "The Island," and across the channel of the Creek from other property of the Grantor and more particularly bounded and described as follows: ON the West by property now or fonnerly of J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine; on the East by property now or fonnerly of Lee A, Nisley and wife; on the North by the channel of the Creek; and on the South by the Conodoguinet Creek; and CONTAINING 145 feet on the eastern side and 152 feet on the western side and having an even width of70 feet. BEING th~ same property which J, Mac Stine and Peach Belle'Sline, his wife, granted and conveyed unto J. W, Ray Gillaugh and Helen E, Gillaugh, his wife, by deed dated July 24, 1951 and recorded in the Office aforesaid in Deed Book "Y", Volume 16, Page 17, TOGETHER with the free and uninterrupted ingress and egress to the channel of the Conodoguinet Creek. The said Helen E. GilIaugh died On April 29,1997, whereupon Title became vested in fee simple in 1.
