3. The defendant is the legal parent of Jamison Boyd Watson, 174-78-0384, born on 06/30/98, The
defendant wish to give up his legal right of custody of the aforementioned minor.
4, The plaintiff, the aforementioned minor's Mother Monique J. Watson, will have complete and sole
custody of in all matters concerning the child well being.
5. The defendant has agreed to pay the some of $150.00 a month.
