Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (herein "Owner") is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with D & K Quality Homes, Inc. (herein "Contractor"),
for the erection of a building(s) upon '

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

the said Contractor to commence work on the said building(s), or purchase materials for the same

acknowledged, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building(s) by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material.men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building( s),
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern Dedicated Right of Way line of Greenfield Drive, said
point being at a common property corner of Lot No. 10 and Lot No. 11 of the Final Subdivision
Plan for Greenfield, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; thence from said
point of beginning along Lot No. 11, South 05 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
420.24 feet to a point at lands now or late of Carol Freeland; thence along said lands now or late
of Carol Freeland, lands now or late of Todd Parr and a portion of lands now or late of Darn
Collanbine South 85 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point at
Lot No.9; thence along said Lot No.9 North 05 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance
of 420.24 feet to a point on the Southern Dedicated Right of Way line of Greenfield Drive North
85 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point, said point being the
point of BEGINNING.
