April 28, 1989. The said deed being recorded in Deed Book X, Volume 33, Page 643. Reference is hereby
made to said deed for a more particular description as contained in said deed. The description
contained in said deed is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually contained herein,
NOW,

, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the.sai Daniel R. Mains and Sherri W. Mains
to the said Harry C, Franklin
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Harry C, Franklin
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Harry C, Franklin
paid by Daniel R. Mains and Sherri W. Mains
, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
