WHEREAS. Xinglai Ge and Lizhu Zhong, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
are about to execute Contemporaneously herewith, a contract with S&A Homes, Inc., of
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. to provide materials and/or perfonn labor neCe!lRal)' for the
construction and/or erection of a bnilding upon a lot ofland situate as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot ofland, together with improvements, situated
in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern right-of-way of Joshua Road (50.00 feet
wide), said point being located at the Northeastern comeroflot No. 168 of Proposed
Phase VIII; thence along said right-of-way line North 56 degrees 46 minutes 43 seconds
FAlst. for a distance of 55.94 feet, to a point on the arc of a circle curving to the right,
having a radius of 450.00 feet, and an arc length of68.01 feet, to a point on the arc ofa
circle curving to the right, having a radius of25.00 feet, and an arc length of 43.5 I feet, to
ij point on the Western right-or-way line of Joel Drive (50.00 feet wide); thence along
said right-of-way line South 14 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds East, for a distance of
70.60 feet, to a point at the Northeastern comer ofLot No. 170 of Proposed Pha.'le XV;
then along the Northem boundary line of said Lot No. 170 South 56 degrees 46 minutes
43 seconds West, for a distance of 110.98 feet, to a point at the Southeastern comer of
Lot. No. 168 of Propos cd Phase VIlI; then along the Eastern boundary line ofsaid lot No.
168 North 33 degrees 13 minutes 17 seconds West, for a distance of 105.00 feet to a point
and the place ofBEGtNNlNGi
NOW, May ,2000. at the time of and immediately before the execution of
the principal contrac~and beforol\llY authority has been given by the said Xlnglal Go .
Rnd Lkhu Zhong, to the .81\1 SicA Homes, Ine., to commence work on the said
building, or purcha~Jllaterlal~ for the same In consideration of the making of said
contract with XlnglalGe and),lzhu Zhong, and the further consideration of one Dollar
to SicA Homes, lne/; paid Xlngle. Ge and Llzhu Zhong, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against thebul!ding and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, now. by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or matenals
purchased, or extra labpr or materials purohased for the erection of said building. the right
to tile such liens being expressly waived. .
