Dear Mr. Long;
I have received a notice stating that Ms. Motter has filed a judgment in
the Supreme Court. This judgment is from Judge Manlove, the District Justice
for the Camp Hill Borough.
I wrote a letter (copy enclosed) to Ms. Motter, dated May 23,2000,
indicating that I was going to start payment in a very short while. This letter and
a copy were mailed on May 24, 2000 to Ms. Motter at 1004 East Rolling Glen
Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17109-4920. Also in this letter, I informed Ms. Motter that
I would be sending my payments Certified Mail, Return Receipt requested, and
that if I received any of the Certified Mail back marked "Unclaimed" or "Refused",
that I would consider that a refusal of payment, and that the "debt" would be
null and void. I asked Ms. Motter to sign the copy of the letter indicating that
she read and received the letter in question. To this date, I do not have the
copy of the letter or the "green card" or the Certified Mail back.
Please time stamp this letter and copy, and please mail time stamped
copy back to me in the envelope provided. If you require any further
information from me, please do not hesitate to contact me.
