STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Russell H. and Elizabeth J, Chandler, husband and wife, are adult individuals
presently residing in Runnemede, New Jersey, They own of the property described on Exhibit "A"
(the "Owner"), and are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Michael
Manning and Associates, a Pennsylvania Partnership, having its principal office at 1706 Kathryn
Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070 (the "Contractor"), for work and materials related to an
residential house and other improvements upon a lot of land situate at Lot #43 in the development
known as "Hickory Ridge" in East Pennsboro Township more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, this 24th day of May, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the
Contractor to commence work on the said building and other improvements, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1,00) to the Contractor paid by the Owner, IT IS AGREED that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person, for any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased, for the construction of said office and manufacturing building and other
improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived hereby,
WITNESS our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
