1. Claimant, S.W.I.C.,LTD., a Texas Limited Partnership
with offices at 121 Exposition Street, Denton, Texas, 76205,
files this mechanic's lien claim as contractor.
2. The property subject to the lien is identified as 10
Eleanor Drive, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, New
Kingstown, PA, identified in Deed Book I 34 page 356 and in the
legal description attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Premises"). The owner of the property
subject to the lien is Safety-Kleen Corp.
3. The date on which claimant last performed the work for
which this lien claim is made was April 14, 2000.
4. Claimant files this claim for labor and material
furnished under a contract with Safety-Kleen Corp. on behalf of
Safety-Kleen Branch 206790-01 dated March 10, 2000 for the
replacement of flammable storage building containment pans on the

5. The amount claimed to be due for the labor and material
supplied by claimant is $5,462.50.
6. The improvement and property claimed to be subject to
