WHEREAS, David A. Duskey and Faith S. Duskey, his wife are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with Gary Deimler & Sons, Construction, Inc., of 6530
Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pa, 17111, for the construction of an addition to a single family
dwelling upon a lot ofland situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot of ground situate in the township of East Pennsboro, Cwnberland
County, Pennsylvania, being know as Lot No. 98 in the Plan of Lots known as Plan No.4, West
Creek Hills, laid out byD. P. Raffensperger, on March 21,1968, recorded in Plan Book 19 at
page 79 in Cwnberland County Records.
Now, s' /d 'f ,2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said
contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideration of
One ($1.00) Donar to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
