STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Kamand Construction Inc. , with offices at 4915 Gettysburg Road
Mechicsburg, PA , hereinafter called "Contractor", entered into a contract with the Grace
United Methodist Church, located at 45 South West Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013,
hereinafter called "Owner", to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction
of a multipurpose addition and renovations located at 45 South West Street, Carlisle, PA, Contract
No, 98092-A - General Construction in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvclnia, being the same premises which The Trustees of Grace United Methodist Church by
its Deed dated the~ day of April. 1990 , and recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for
Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Vol. 148, Page 949 Tracts #1-3
granted and conveyed unto the Grace United Methodist Church located at 45 South West Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania and, being the same premises which Charles F, Kriete and Dorothy S, Kriete
by its Deed dated the 8th of November, 1996, and Deed Book Vol. 34M, Page 963, Tracts #1 - 6
granted and conveyed unto the Grace United Methodist Church located at 45 South West Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania and being the same premises which Richard D, Wimer, Raymond F, Bear,
S. Jeffrey Barnes, A Maxine Bishop, Richard H, Cook, Miriam S, Fox, Jane G. Keller, William J,
Alwood and Richard p, Cockley, beinq the Trustees of Grace United Methodist Churchby its Deed
dated the 11th of April, 1990 and by Ordinance No. 1445 dated 5/10/84 - a vacated 10' section of
Plum Alley located in the Borough of Carlisle granted and conveyed unto the Grace United
Methodist Church located at 45 South West Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be executed by their proper corporate officers, and their respective
