ALL TItAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot
wide street, said point being the northeastern corner of Lot No. 56; thence along said right-of-
way line along a curve to the right having a radius of 475.00 feet and an arc length of 48.14 feet,
said arc being subtended by a chord of North 77 degrees 16 minutes 57 seconds East a distance
of 48.11 feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line North 80 degrees 11
minutes 08 seconds East a distance of 34.00 feet to a point, said point being the northwestern
corner of Lot No. 58; thence along the western line of said lot South 09 degrees 48 minutes 52
seconds East a distance of 136.30 feet to a point, said point being on the northern line of Lot No.
49; thence along the northern line of said lot South 82 degrees 08 minutes 01 seconds West a
distance of 68.72 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern corner of Lot No. 56; thence
along the eastern line of said lot North 15 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of
132.21 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
