Plaintiff No. (J-O- J3tJP ~ 1~ vs. BEST TRUCKS Defendant COMPLAINT AND NOW, May 26, 2000, comes the Plaintiff by its attorneys, GEISENBERGER & COOPER, P.C., and files this Complaint against the Defendant, BEST TRUCKS, as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Lurgan Leasing, Inc., a corporation orgauized and existing under the laws ofthe Commonwealth ofPennsylvauia and having its principal place of business at 3020 South Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvauia, 17257. 2. Defendant, BEST TRUCKS, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas and having its principal place of business at 6511 North Shepherd Street, Houston, Texas 77091. 3. For the cause of action, the Plaintiff alleges that there is due it upon a book account for delivery services performed at Defendant's instance and request, and accepted by the Defendant, the sum of $5,100.00, with interest at a rate of 18% thereon from September 30,1998, which sum represents the fair and reasonable value of said services. Copies of the statements and invoices of this account are attached hereto marked for identification "Exhibit A" and fully incorporated herein by reference. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for recovery of judgment against Defendant, BEST TRUCKS, in the 73034.LET/14 " I~ - amount of$5,100.00, together with interest at a rate of 18% thereon from September 30,1999.
