for Cumberland County in Plan Book I, Page 29 and being the same premises which Sandra H.
Cutler a/k!a Sandra E. Cutler Executrix of the Estate of Aletha J. Gingrich by deed dated April 27,
1999 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvaniwl in Book 198 page 522 granted and conveyed unto Dorothy L. Manuel. Said property
is also known and addressed as 38R Lancaster Avenue, Enola, PA 17025.

liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the
construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived
and relinquished herewith.
