On July 25, 2000 defendant was served, at which time a levy
was made on all his personal property.
On December 20, 2000 Sheriff Sale Bills were posted, scheduling
sale for January II, 2001 at 2:00 pm, and defendant was notified.
And now: January II, 2001 at 2:00 pm, as advertised, sold
at Public Sale the personal property of defendant, one 1964 Ritz Mobile
Home, Title Number 00474129, vin 0860701, to Carlisle Pike Associates for
the sum of $1.00, it being the highest bid and best price quoted for
same.
Date and time of sale; Thursday, the 11th day of January
2001 at 2:00 pm at 6280 Carlisle Pike, Lot 409, MechanicSburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
