it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the b)Jilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING a point on the southern right-of-way line of Magnolia Drive (50'wide) at the dividing line
between lots NO. 159 and NO. 160 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the dividing line
between lots NO. 159 and NO. 160 South 09 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 93.84' feet to a
point at the dividing line between lots NO. 158, NO 159 and NO. 160; thence along the dividing line between
lots NO. 158 and NO. 159 South 31 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West a distance of68.16' feet to a point on
the northeastern right-of-way line Willow Way Drive (50' wide); thence along the right-of-way line of Willow
Way Drive by a curve, curving to the right in a northwesterly direction, having a radius of 200.00' feet and an
arc length of 82.41' feet to a point; thence continuing along the same North 34 degrees 43 minutes 21 seconds
West a distance of 13.80' feet to a point; thence by a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 25.00' feet
and an arc length of38.71' feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Magnolia Drive; thence along the

feet to a point; thence continuing along the same by a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 275.00' feet
and an arc length of71.26' to a point, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
