it is hereby directed that the parties and their respective counsel appear beforeHubert X. Gilroy, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthonse, Carlisle on the 25th day of August ,2000, at8:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.

AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Timothy Palmer, I, by and through his attorney,
Jacqueline M. Verney, Esquire and represents the following:
1. Plaintiff is Timothy Palmer, I, who resides at 309 West Ridge Street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013.
2. Defendant is Carreen Ubiles, who resides at 611 Kelker Street, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, 17102.

6. The Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another
capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody for the child in this or another court.
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child pending
in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the child.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by
granting the relief requested because:
a. Plaintiff has been the primary caregiver for the last four years.
b. Plaintiff is capable of providing a healthy, safe, nurturing, and loving
environment for the child.
c. The child has been attending Carlisle schools for the last two years and to
change schools would disrupt his education.
d. The child has a half brother with whom he has bonded.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated
and the persons who have physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this
action.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests the court to grant shared legal custody and
primary physical custody of Timothy Palmer to Plaintiff.

COURT ORDER
AND NOW, this ~ day of ~ ' 2000, upon consideration of
the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Father, Timothy Palmer, shall enjoy legal and primary physical custody
ofTimothy Palmer, II, born. April 25, 1993.
2. The Mother, Correen Ubiles, shall enjoy periods of temporary physical
custody of the minor child at such times as agreed upon by the parties.
3. In the event the Mother is not provided sufficient time pursuant to
negotiations with the Father, Mother may at any time petition the Court to
have this case again scheduled with the Custody Conciliator at which time
she may request a specific detailed schedule of visitation or any other
appropriate modification of this Custody Order.
4. The parties shall share transportation for exchange of custody with the minor
child pursuant to a schedule worked out between them.
