The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the relief requested because: a. Plaintiff has been the primary caregiver for the last four years. b. Plaintiff is capable of providing a healthy, safe, nurturing, and loving environment for the child. c. The child has been attending Carlisle schools for the last two years and to change schools would disrupt his education. d. The child has a half brother with whom he has bonded. 8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and the persons who have physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this action. WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests the court to grant shared legal custody and primary physical custody of Timothy Palmer to Plaintiff. In the event the Mother is not provided sufficient time pursuant to negotiations with the Father, Mother may at any time petition the Court to have this case again scheduled with the Custody Conciliator at which time she may request a specific detailed schedule of visitation or any other appropriate modification of this Custody Order. 4.
