&hia- cA~ made this 20th day of April, 2000, by and between Oakwood Homes,
Inc. hereinafter called the Contractor, James W. Kautz Jr. and Melissa 1. Kautz hereinafter called
the Owners.
~~ &kt, the Contractor entered into an Agreement with the Owner(s), James W.
Kautz Jr. and Melissa 1. Kautz, for the erection and construction of a single family home, situated
on Lot 15 Deer Drive, Township of Cool,e, Cumberland County, PA.
cAnd ~, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an
additional agreement with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed
against the above building or the appurtenances thereto.
~ow~ &hia- cA~ ~~~ that the Contractor, for and in
consideration of the awarding to him of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees
that no Mechanics Liens or liens shall be filed against the aforesaid building or the appurtenances
thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen, mechanics, laborers or anyone for
materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind whatsoever, for or about, or on
account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
