STIPULATION TO AMEND CUSTODY ORDER
THIS AGREEMENT is made this IKday of ~. , 2000 by and between
SUZANNE L. HEBERLIG, an adult individual who resides at 716 Hummel Avenue, Apt. 2,
Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter referred to as "Mother") who is
represented by Barbara Sumple-Sullivan, Esquire and ERIC J. HEBERLIG, an adult individual who
resides at 102 Norman Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to
as "Father") who is represented by Lee E. Oesterling, Esquire, agree as follows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Mother and Father are the natural parents of the child, Abby E. Heberlig (DOB
6/20/95);
WHEREAS, the parties are desirous to amend the custody provisions of their Separation and
Property Settlement Agreement dated June 20, 1997.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do agree as follows:

1. The parties shall have shared legal custody of their minor child, Abby E. Heberlig,
born June 20, 1995.
2. The parties shall share physical custody of their child on an alternating week basis.
The transfer of custody shall occur on Sunday evening. During Father's alternating weeks, Mother
shall have visitation with the child Wednesday evenings from 3:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. During
Mother's alternating weeks, Father shall have visitation with the child Thursday evenings from 3:30
P.M. until 8:30 P.M.
3. The piuties agree that so long as both parents are residents of the West Shore School
District, Father's address will be used as the child's primary address so as to allow her enrollment in
HigWands Elementary School.
4. Upon 30 day written notice, each party shall be entitled to two (2) non-consecutive
weeks of custody for vacation. During this vacation time, the evening visitation for the non-custodial
parent as defined in Paragraph 2 shall be suspended.
S. The parties shall alternate the Thanksgiving holiday with Father having custody in odd-
numbered years and Mother having custody in even-numbered years.
6. The parties shall share Christmas with Mother having the child from Noon on
Christmas Eve until Noon on Christmas Day at which time Mother shall deliver custody to Father

from Noon on Christmas Day until Noon on December 26th.
7. The parties shall alternate the holidays of New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th
of July and Labor Day. This schedule shall commence with Father having Easter, 2000.
8. Mother shall always have custody on Mother's Day and Father shall always have
custody on Father's Day.
9. The parties shall alternate the child's birthday. This schedule shall commence with
Father having custody for the child's birthday this year.
10. The holiday and birthday schedule shall take precedence over the day to day custody
schedule.
11. The parties agree that Abby shall continue to be emolled in the Sunday School
program at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. In the event that the
custodial parent is unable to transport Abby to this program, the custodial parent shall contact the
non-custodial parent to provide this transportation.
12. As to the provisions regarding custody, the parties may modify any provision by
mutual agreement.

The parties agree that this Stipulation shall be entered as an Order of Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, after full disclosure, intending to be legally
bound, have signed, sealed and acknowledged this Stipulation.
