STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Joseph C. Stanton, Jr. and Carmen G. Stanton, Owners, have executed
contemponmeously herewith, a contract with At 'loui: Service Home Builders L.L.C. for the
construction of an single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, June 8, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner(s) to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making ofthe contract with Owner(s) and the further consideration of One Dollar, to the Contractor,
paid by the Owner(s), it is agreed that no lien shall be :filed against the building or real estate by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection, construction
and renovation of said building, the right to :file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN pieCe, parcel, and lot ofland situate on the east side of Rolling
Hills Drive in the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 68. Page 15, being more fully bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of
Rolling Hills Drive at the dividing line of Lot # 83, herein described; thence by
.said dividing line, South 84 degrees 40 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance
of 155.90 feet to a point at Parcel "B"; thence by said Parcel "B', South 12
degrees 40 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of 84.41 feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot # 85 and Lot # 84, herein described; thence by said
dividing line, North 80 degrees 35 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of
148.09 feet to a point on the eastern dedicated right-at-way line of Rolling
Hills Orille; thence by said right-of-way line by a curve to the left having a
radius of 1025.00 feet and an arc distance of 73.21 feet; the chord of said
curve being. North 07 degrees 22 minutes 11 seconds East. a distance of
73.20 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.

IT BEiNG the same premises which Bowman's Hill Associates, a Pennsylvania General
Partnership, by its deed dated Junes, 2000, and about to be recorded in the Office for the
Recording of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto
Joseph C. Stanton, Jr. and Carmen G. Stanton, husband and wife, Mortgagors herein.
