WAIVER OF LIENS
We the undersigned are Edmond C Weaver, general contractor, and any sub-
contractors, materialmen, or other persons furnishing services, labor or materials, as
indicated under our respective signatures below, in the construction, repair or
improvements upon real estate owned by Michael D. Swanger and Stephanie J.
Swanger, his wife, hereinafter whether one or more called "Owner," described as 138
Gum Run Lane, Shippensburg, Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
In consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to each of us in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other benefits accruing to us, and in
order to induce the making of one or more loans on said real estate, with the
improvements thereon, we do hereby waive, release and quit-claim, in favor of said
Owner, and its successors and/ or assigns, all and all manner of liens, claims and
demands whatsoever, which were or any or either of us now have, or might or
could have, on or against the said premises above described, for work done or yet to
be done, or materials furnished, or yet to be furnished, by us or any of us, for or
about the erection of the structure aforesaid, or otherwise howsoever, so that he the
said Owner, his heirs and assigns, shall have, hold and enjoy the said structure or
tenement and lot or piece of ground aforesaid freed and discharged from all liens,
claims or demands whatsoever, which we, or either or any of us now have or might
have on or against the same, if these presents were not made.
All of the subscribers to this instrument respectively warrant that all laborers
employed by them upon the aforesaid premises have been or will be paid, and
Further, that no chattel mortgage, conditional bill of sale or retention of title
agreement has been given or executed by the said owner or any general contractor or
other party or any of us, for or in connection with any material, appliances,
machinery, fixtures, or furnishings placed upon or installed in the aforesaid premise
by any of us.
It is understood and agreed that any and all signatures hereto are for all
service rendered, work done and material furnished heretofore and hereafter by the
signers ih any and all capacities, which are not understood to be only for the
particular items against which the signature is affixed.

I, the undersigned, having been first duly sworn, do now depose and say:
That that to date, the undersigned constitute all suppliers of materials and labor
involved in the subject construction; all the foregoing have been or will be fully
paid; and that at this time I have no notice of any claim of any subcontractor, laborer
or materialman. The dwelling has been or will be erected according to plans and
specifications. This Affidavit is made with the intent that it shall be relied upon for
the p~rpose of procuring disbursement of construction mortgage funds.
