HEMPT ESTATE, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business at 205 Creek Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (hereafter "Owner"), is about to execute a contract with Ewing Roofing, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation with its principal place of business at 1425 Spangler Mill Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, (hereafter "Contractor"), for replacement of the roof of the building situate at 3025 Market Street, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, situate on a tract of land which is more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part hereof. NOW, this --L day of June, 2000, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said improvements or the property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the replacement of the roof of the building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived, , ~;'''^' " "-'<I '." - 002876-00006/6,8.00/EGM/KL T/135310.1 .'
