AND NOW this \ '1 ~ day of June, 2000, based upon the Stipulation entered into
between the parties it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. Plaintiffs Paul W. Zeigler, Jr. and Teri S. Zeigler shall enjoy physical and legal custody of
the minor child, Brianna Marie Souders born June 23,1996,
Jennifer J. Zeigler shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody at such times and at
such places as the parties may mutually agree.

STIPULATION
1. Paul W. Zeigler, Jr. is an adult individual currently residing at 12 Adams Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Teri S. Zeigler is an adult individual currently residing at 12 Adams Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Jennifer J. Zeigler is an adult individual currently residing at 73 Betty Nelson Trailer
Park, Lot 122, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. Jennifer J. Zeigler is the natural mother of a minor child, Brianna Marie Souders, born
JUNE

5. Paul W. Zeigler, Jr. and Teri S. Zeigler are the maternal grandparents of the said child,
6. The parties hereby agree that the Plaintiffs, Paul W. Zeigler, Jr. and Teri S. Zeigler. will
have primary physical and legal custody of the child and the natural mother, Jennifer J.
Zeigler, shall have a right of temporary physical custody at such times and at such
places as the parties may agree.
7. The parties desire that this stipulation be entered as an Order of Court with continuing
jurisdiction with the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
