Fahnestock, Defendant Custody ORDER OF COURT _ \ U\I\l2- ~ ,2000, th~ within stipulation and agreement having been presented, considered and ordered filed, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Paul C. Fahnestock, hereinafter Father. and Stephanie L. Fahnestock, hereinafter Mother, shall have shared legal custody of the child, Brittany Nichole Fahnestock, born May 3, 1992, age 8. Father shall have primary residential custody, subject, nevertheless, to Mother's partial custody as follows: A. Commencing Friday, June 9, 2000, at 4:00 p.m. until Sunday, June II, 2000 at 4:00 p.m., and every other weekend thereafter, Mother may exercise partial custody of the child. B. During the summer vacation, Mother and Father shall each have the child for two uninterrupted weeks of vacation. Mother and Father shall notify each other no later than May 3 I as to when and where he or she will be taking vacation. C. Mother shall have the child from noon on Christmas Day, 2000 until noon on the day after Christmas in 2000. Father shall have the child from noon on Christmas Eve until noon on Christmas Day in 2000. This schedule shall be observed every even year thereafter. In odd years, the schedule shall be reversed. D. For Thanksgiving holiday, Father shall have the child from 8 a.m, to 3 p.m. and Mother shall have the child from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. and a like schedule every year. For Easter. Father shall have the child from 9 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and Mother shall have the child from 3:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a like schedule every year. E. Father shall have the child every Father's Day from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mother shall have the child every Mother's Day from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. . F. Mother shall be entitled to exercise partial custody of the child on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. ;" . G. Holiday custody shall have precedence over regular custody. H. Unless otherwise set forth, Mother shall be responsible for all transportation for her period of partial custody. I. Mother and Father shall also have such other partial custody as the parties agree from time to time. J. Neither of the parties shall allow anyone to make any disrespectful remarks regarding the other party in the presence of the child. K. Neither parent shall consume alcoholic beverages or controlled substances in the presence of the child, nor shall they permit other adults to consume said beverages or illicit drugs in the presence of the child. Fahnestock. by his attorney. Barbara B. Townsend. and the Defendant. Stephanie l. Fahnestock. pro se. and stipulate and agree as follows: I. The Plaintiff is Paul C. Fahnestock. Father. residing at 468 East King Street. Shippensburg. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17257. 2. The Defendant is Stephanie L. Fahnestock. Mother, residing at 159 Roxbury Ridge Apartments, Shippensburg. Franklin County, Pennsylvania I 7257. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant are the parents of: Brittany Nichole Fahnestock. born May 3, 1992, age 8. The child was born out of wedlock. 4. For the past five years, the child has resided with the following persons and at the following addresses: a. 468 E. King Street, Shippensburg. Cumberland County, PA with Mother and Father from October, 1994 to August, 1996. b. 218 Shippensburg Mobile Estates, Shippensburg, Cumberland County. PA, with both parents from August. 1996 to November. 1997. j~\ c. 466 E. King Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA, with both parents; Mike Swartz, Father's stepfather, Clemence Fahnestock, Father's mother and Darren Fahnestock, Father's brother, from November, 1997 to February, 1998. d. 319 E. Orange Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA, with both parents from February, 1998 until November, 1998. e. 468 E. King Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA, with Father from December, 1998 until December, 1999. f. 466 E. King Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA, with Father, Mike Swartz, Father's stepfather, Clemence Fahnestock, Father's mother and Darren Fahnestock, Father's brother, from December, 1999 until present. 5. The parties agree that the court may enter the following order with regard to the custody of the minor child, Brittany Nichole Fahnestock, born May 3, 1992, age 8. ORDER OF COURT , 2000, the within stipulation and agreement having been presented, considered and ordered filed, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Paul C. Fahnestock, hereinafter Father, and Stephanie L.
