WHEREAS, RODNEY J. POTTEIGER and STACEY R. POTTEIGER, husband and wife, now
of RR#l Box 813 Pisgah Road, Landisburg, Pennsylvania 17040, Owner, are about to
contemporaneously herewith execute a contract with R. J. Potteiger Construction Services, Inc.,
Contractor, with a principal place of business located at RR#1 Box 813, Landisburg, Pennsylvania
17040, Pennsylvania, for the erection/renovations upon a lot of land situate and known as Tax Parcel
Number Lot #10 Crystal Lake Estates, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which
is more particularly described in Cumberland County Deed Book 135, Page 633, and also on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this ~ay of May, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor, to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with the ContraCtor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to the Contractor paid by the Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection/renovations to said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel ofland in the Township of Middlesex, County of Cumberland
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described in a Subdivision Plan prepared by
Hartman and Associates, Inc., approved by Middelsex Township and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book ~ Page
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Ridge Road (T-571) being the northeast comer of Lot
No.9 on the aforesaid Plan; thence along the dedicated right-of-way of the aforesaid road, South 83 degrees
46 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 107.45 feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of
Kenneth E. Deitch, North 51 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 579.86 feet to a point along
Lot No.4 on the aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along Lot No.4 on the aforesaid Plan, South 38 degrees
16 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence continuing along Lot No.4 on the
aforesaid Plan, South 52 degrees 13 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 264.33 feet to a point, said
point being the southwest corner of Lot No.9 on the aforesaid Plan; thence along Lot No.9 on the aforesaid
Plan, North 51 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 416.67 feet to a point; thence continuing
along Lot No.9 on the aforesaid Plan, North 21 degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 94.89
feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 91,146.52 square feet, more or less, or 2.0924 acres, more or less.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Joyce E. Skarlartos, by her deed dated February 22,
1996, and recorded February 29, 1996, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book 135, Page 633, transferred and conveyed unto Pheasant Development
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
