Township, Cumberland County, PA.

Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by OWner, the reoeipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself. himeelf or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors. and all parties actinll throuqh or under
them. covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for. towards, in. or about
the erection and construction of the said buildinqs on the lot above
described, and the said Contractor. for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them.
herebY expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any meChanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument. waiving the rillht of
lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan prepared
by David J. Weichbrecht, PE dated June 29, 1998 and recorded in the Office ofthe
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 77, Page 95 as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the southern right of way of Lori Lane at corner
of Lot No. 31; thence along the centerline of Lori Lane, South 87 degrees 18 minutes
49 seconds East, a distance of 131.72 feet to a point; thence continuing along Lori
Lane and creating the intersection of the southern right of way line of Lori Lane
and the western right of way line of East Countryside Drive, by a curve to the right
having a radius of 11.00 feet and arc distance of 16.64 feet to a point; thence
continuing along the western right of way line of East Countryside Drive by a curve
to the right having a radius of 175.00 and an arc distance of 123.95 feet to a point;
