No. 1459, Page 1044. By Assignment of Mortgage dated 4/16/99 the mortgage was
assigned to PLAINTIFF which Assignment is recorded in Assignment of Mortgage Book
No. 613, Page 1051.

5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said
mortgage due 2/1/00 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of
said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire

7. The attorney's fees set forth above are in conformity with the Mortgage documents and
Pennsylvania Law, and will be collected in the event of a third party purchaser at
Sheriffs Sale. If the Mortgage is reinstated prior to the Sale, reasonable attorney's fees
will be charged.
8. This action does not come under Act 6 of 1974 because the original mortgage amount
exceeds $50,000.00.
WHEREFORE, PLAINTIFF demands an in = Judgment against the Defendant(s) in the sum of
$55,266.88, together with interest from 6/1/00 at the rate of $10.37 per diem to the date of
Judgment, and other costs and charges collectible under the mortgage and for the foreclosure and

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania being bounded and described according to a survey made by Michael C.
D'Angelo, Registered Surveyor, dated July 26, 1976 as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a pin on the south side of West Cumberland Road (33 feet wide), at the dividing
line between 13 and 14 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; said point being measured 218.9
feet west of the western line of Enola Drive; thence extending from said point of beginning and
along the dividing line between Lots 13 and 14 on said plan south 05 degrees 06 minutes east the
distance of 115.50 feet to a pin on the north side of an alley (10 feet wide and unopened); thence
