Pending further Order of this Court or agreement of the parties, Mother and Father shall have shared physical custody of the minor child from August 2, 2000, until the commencement of school on or about August 28, 2000, in a week on-week off fashion. 3. To commence with the beginning of the 2000-2001 school year, on or about August 28, 2000, Father shall have primary physical custody of the minor child subject to periods of partial physical custody in the Mother according to the following schedule: A. Mother shall have alternate weekends from Friday after school through Monday morning when she delivers the child to school. In the event that one of mother's weekends coincides with a three-day weekend from school, such as for Labor Day weekend, Mother's custodial period shall be extended to Tuesday morning. B. Christmas break shall be divided evenly between the parties. Other holidays shall be divided as agreed upon between the parties. C. Father's Day shall be with Father; Mother's Day shall be with Mother. Custodial period for Father's Day and Mother's Day shall be from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. D. Each party shall be entitled to one week of vacation on one of their alternate weeks during the summer, subject to 30-days notice to the other party. The parties shall provide each other with as much advanced notice as possible of their plans so as to avoid causing complications for family events and sports camps. E. Mother shall be entitled to additional periods of partial custody with the exact details to be subject to the agreement and expressed consent of both parties. In particular, Father shall cooperate with Mother to ensure that Mother shall have the opportunity to have periods of partial custody when the child is dismissed from school for various holidays or teacher in- service days. The parties shall share transportation equally between themselves. 6. During any period of custody or visitation the parties to this Order shall not possess or use controlled substances, neither shall they consume alcoholic beverages to the point of intoxication. The parties shall likewise ensure, to the extent possible, that the other household members and/or house guests comply with this prohibition. Neither party shall do or say anything which may estrange the child from the other parent, injure the opinion of the child as to the other parent, or hamper the free and natural development of the child's love and respect for the other parent. Each parent shag ensure that third parties also comply with this provision during his or her periods of custody. 7.
