COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., formerly Financial Trust
Company, through its Attorney, William A. Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint, of
which the following is a statement:
L Plaintiff is Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place
of business located at 1415 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17013 .
2. Defendant. CLINT D. WHITE, an adult individual, resides at 4753 Bossler Road,
Elizabethtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, 17022-9525
3. On or about May 7, 1999, Defendant made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a
note and security agreement financing Twenty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen and
22/100 Dollars ($29,713.22), a copy of said note and said security agreement being attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" . respectively, and is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set
forth.
4. Said note and said security agreement have not been assigned.
5. Said note and said security agreement were in default because Defendant herein
had failed to pay the payments that were due and owing for the months of November 1999,
December 1999, January 2000 and February 2000.

6. On or about February 28,2000, Keystone Financial Bank, N,A., seized a 1998
Mercury Villager VIN # 4M2ZV1119WDJ04925 ,the collateral for the aforementioned Note
and Security Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. On or about June 5, 2000 said vehicle was sold at public auction and the
proceed applied to the balance due and owing on said loan.
8. By reason of the aforesaid a default, the entire principal balance of Twenty
Thousand One Hundred Thirty-five and 45/100 ($20,135.45) Dollars, with interest thereon at
the rate of twelve percent (12 %) per annum computed from May 24, 2000, along with late
charges and attorneys fees now due and payable.
9. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said mortgage loan:
A. Principal amount due to date $15,737.68
B. Interest due to date 1,041.86
(per diem of$4.95)
C. Attorney's Collection fee 3,355.91
TOTAL:
$ 20,135.45
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and
against Defendant for the amount of Twenty Thousand One Hundred Thirty-five and 45/100
($20,135.45) Dollars, together with interest thereon, costs and all other amounts advanced by
Plaintiff
