AND NOW, comes Keystone Financial Bank, N,A., fonnerly Financial Trust
Company, through its Attorney, William A. Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint in
Mortgage Foreclosure, of which the following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff is Keystone Financial Bank, N,A., a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place
of business located at 1 West High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2, Defendant, ROYLEEN M. ALPAUGH, an adult individual, resides at RD #1,
P.O. Box 193, Abbotstown, Adams County, Pennsylvania.
3. On or about April 23, 1997, Defendant made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a
Promissory Note financing Thirty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($30,000.00), a copy of said
note being attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set forth.
4. Said note has not been assigned.
5. Said note IS in default because Defendant herein has failed to pay the payments
that were due and owing for the months of April 1999, May 1999, June 1999, July 1999,

August 1999, September 1999, October 1999, November 1999, December 1999, January
2000, February 2000, March 2000, April 2000 and May 2000.
6. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Thirty-four
Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and 081100 ($34,260.08) Dollars, with interest thereon at the
rate of nine percent (9.0 'Yo) per annum computed from April IS, 1999, along with late
charges and attorneys fees now due and payable.
7. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said mortgage loan:
A. Principal amount and interest
due to date $31,145.53
B. Attorney's Collection fee $3,114.55
TOTAL:
$ 34,260.08
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and
to order the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged property and for the amount of Thirty-four
Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and 08/100 ($34,260.08) Dollars together with interest thereon,
costs and all other amounts advanced by PI .
