STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Brian S. Zullinger and Becky H. Zutlinger, his wife, the OWNER of the real estate
described betow, has or is about to execute a contract with Alleman Construction , whose principal
business address is , to construct improvements to the
single family dwelling upon lands situate at 131 Mainsville Road, Shippensburg, Franklin County,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, this__ day of , 2002, before any authority had been given
by Alleman Construction to commence work on said facilities, or purchase materials for
same, in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with Brian S. Zullinger and Becky H.
Zullinger, his wife, Owner, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor
by Brian S. Zullinger and Becky H. Zullinger, his wife, Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land
above-described, or upon Brian S. Zullinger and Becky H. Zullinger, his wife, the Owner, by the general
contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person
acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said
facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against
the facilities, the land above-described, and Brian S. Zullinger and Becky H. Zullinger, his wife, the Owner,
being hereby expressly waived by the general contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or
workmen and other acting through or under them.

ALL THAT CERTAIN land with improvements thereon erected, situate
in Southampton, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at corner of road leading from Shippensburg to
Stoney Point and lands now or fbrmerly of Helen B. Yotter and Mildred E. Yotter;
thence along lands now or formerly of Yotter, North 62-1/2 degrees East, a
distance of 386 feet to a stake, corner of lands now or formerly of Helen B. Yotter
and Mildred E. Yotter; thence along lands now or formerly of Yotter, North 21
degrees 15 minutes West, a distance of 115 i:'eet to a stake the comer of lands now
or ~brmerly of Walter Shoap; thence along the lands now or ~brmerly of Walter
Shoap, South 62-1/4 degrees West, a distance of 386 feet to a point in said
Shippensburg-Stoney Point Road; thence along said Road, South 21 degrees 15
minutes East, a distance of 115 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.00 acre neat measure, more or less.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Elsie Shughart, widoxv, by her
Attorney-in-Fact Charles F. Perry,, by Deed dated March 14, 1997 and recorded
March 17, 1997 in the Oft]ce of the Recorder of Deeds in and tbr Franklin County,
Pennsylvania, in Book 1329, Page 496 granted and conveyed unto Brian S.
Zullinger and Becky H. Zullinger, husband and wife.
