The Borough of Mount Holly Springs files this Municipal Claim against Scott S. He~
', and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by him and
described as follows:

Parcel No.: 321
for unpaid sewer, water and trash services rendered from September 25, 2001 through September
30, 2002. Said services were rendered pursuant to the Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters
XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1, as amended and applicable rate resolutions of the
Mount Holly Springs Borough Authority.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of $486.05 for the above period was duly
assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning September 25, 2001 and for which
sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises m
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seq., as supplemented and
amended and the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, 53 P.S. § 301, et seq., as supplemented and
amended.
