Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
he prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
'th the Claimant, which sum of$583,75 for the above period was duly assessed against the
bove Owner and premises beginning June, 1999 and for which sum, which includes interest,
ost and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal
uthorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945 P.L. 382, 53 P.S. SS 301 et seq., as supplemented and
