MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM Claimant McGraw-Lock Builders, through the undersigned counsel, files this Statements of Mechanics' Lien as a contractor pursuant to the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, 49 P.S. Section 1101, et seq., against the improvements and property at Lot 7 of Irish Glen, Diehl Road, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as further described herein, and against the single family residence thereupon, for payment of a debt due to Claimant as a contractor for labor and materials furnished by Claimant in the construction of the structure under the contracts herein set forth. In support of the claim, the Claimant makes the following statement: 1. The name of the Claimant is James McGraw, Jerome McGraw and Herschel Lock t/d/b/a McGraw-Lock Builders, doing business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having as its principal office 302 Market Street, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Owner (or Reputed Owner) of the property is M. Joseph Gill with an address at 104 Fairway Drive, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania. ~s J"J.:.,_",I " , -,-, """"'~" ,. 3. This claim relates to the improvements and property provided Owner (or Reputed Owner) by Claimant and consist of a two story single family with appurtenant land at Lot 7 of Irish Glen, Diehl Road, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (see Exhibit "A" attached hereto). 4. Claimant in accord with contact and change order entered into with Owner (or Reputed Owner) provided Owner (or Reputed Owner) with labor and materials for which the debt is due were furnished pursuant to written agreement with the owner, under which contractor was to be paid various draws for his labor and materials furnished by it and its subcontractor as set forth therein (see Exhibit "B" and "C" attached hereto). 5. The labor and materials furnished consisted of the following: construction of single family home at Lot 7 of Irish Glen, Diehl Road, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and the final draw in the amount of $8,835.00 has been left unpaid. 6. The claimant completed its work in a good and workmanlike manner at the property of May 10, 2000, which is less than four months before the filing of this claim. 7. Claimant is due and owed a balance of $8,835.00 for which claim is made. 8. They are the parties to the Construction Contract dated October 18, 1999 relating to Lot 7 of Irish Glen, Diehl Road, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as well as to other contracts, writings or agreements of dates previous hereto relating to the subject project; and 2. They have had disagreements as to their respective rights and obligations since mid-February, 2000, and wish now to resolve those differences sO that Contractor can continue its work on Owner's project and receive from Owner the monies due it; and 3. They agree that unless specifically treated differently in this Agreero~nt, all other contracts, writings or agreements of date previous hereto relating to the subject project shall remain in full force and effect; and 4.
